One-year fixed term contract initially,
Employed (PAYE) or freelance basis
Salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata (or equivalent fee),
depending on level of previous experience

Interviews: Early/mid January 2025. Start as soon as possible thereafter.

We are seeking an enterprising and imaginative Programme Producer who will take responsibility for researching and delivering a stimulating and varied event programme for audiences and artists across a range of venues throughout Oxford and beyond. The role requires vision, knowledge of the sector and of event production. You will have a passion for new music and sound based events, good contacts and the ability to realise the creative and ambitious new music events and commissions for which OCM is known. The Programme Producer is a key senior role in OCM’s small and dedicated team, with a real opportunity to help shape the music and cultural offer in Oxford - and beyond, through our touring work.
