Sleeps in Oysters bring their unique brand of wind-up electroacoustic pop back to Oxford to perform material from their long awaited second album, "Lo!". they will also launch their special edition single, "The Brambles in Starlight", on the night. Limited to 150 copies, each 3" mini CD is entirely encased in a unique ball of wool, handspun by the band. It comprises 5 tracks, including 3 b-sides and a remix only available with this release.

This autumn the galleries will be transformed with sculptural installations. Berlin-based sculptor Manfred Pernice presents objects and sculptures that consider the complex relationships between art, architecture, city-building and human stories of time and place. In The Yard, Birmingham-based artists Simon & Tom Bloor explore municipal urban and suburban architecture and landscape design.
