A younger musical box of treats and surprises from our doorstep

Last year’s youth showcase was such a success that OCM and Pegasus are holding it again.  Together we unearth the musical seedlings of the region, revealing the next generation of young musicians to look out for.  This time we’ll be mentoring and tutoring the bands in the lead up to the events in everything they need to know to stage their own gig. These gigs will showcase the next generation of musicians to look out for. 

We open up the submission process for the Saturday afternoon line-up to any young performers in the region.  If you are under 18 and would like to be considered to perform at the Youth Open please mp3s or links to info@ocmevents.org.

Compère for both showcases is spoken word performer and Inflatable Buddha front man Steve Larkin, adding a dash of razor sharp wit to the evening.
