OCM@MAO May Day Wake Up

Breakfast and early morning music at Modern Art Oxford   OCM and MAO’s contribution to Oxford’s legendary May morning celebrations.  After the dawn song from Magdalen choir, head to MAO’s new yard area and cafe for breakfast. Hit of the Oxford folk festival, The Reverenzas, will be taking time out from their May Morning morris sides to play a spirited set of folk tunes with a contemporary take. Formed in the Half Moon pub they are Oxford's  rising stars of the folk scene. Influenced by the likes of Spiers and Boden and Eliza Carthy they are proud of their local musical heritage but also believe that the best way to be authentic is to be modern.  Free event.   Image: Adrian Krajewski
