Oxford's Afropean Choir

Oxford's Afropean Choir was formed in 2007 by Anita Daulne, former member of acclaimed Belgian/ Congolese band, Zap Mama. The choir rehearses regularly at East Oxford's Asian Cultural Centre and comprises singers from all walks of Oxford life. They celebrate their diversity with Anita's infectious blend of urban and ethnic influences using strong rhythms, polyphony and and unusual vocal techniques.

They will perform a concert at the Wesley Memorial Church on Thursday 1st April at 8pm.

Tickets are available at their website: www.afropeanchoir.co.uk
