Branch Immersion are an acoustic trio featuring the guitar stylings of Will two-capo Mackay, Captain Blu-tac Jack Kelly and the vocal saunterings of Rixoid. Influenced by artists as varied as Bert Jansch, David Mach and Saint Saviour, their songs explore the relationship between photosynthesis and the diffusion of responsibility. Ever since they were pre-adolescent twiglets, Branch Immersion have been fascinated by the traditional understanding of the six stringed instrument. What started as a vision of single digit numbers soon became transformed into a mellifluent coalescence of sound, leaving listeners with a statement of the allure of our era. Branch Immersion are currently taking a break from performing to focus on twin begetting and recording their debut album, to be released in Spring 2012.
