Those of you who came to Power Plant last year will know a little of what to expect from the feverishly creative worlds of artists Mark Anderson of Blissbody and Kirsten Reynolds of Project Dark. Thrill to the sounds of the newly invented Million Volt Spark-o-phone or the light receptive Spectraphone and marvel at the gramophone maelstrom. For this cunning exploration into new worlds of sound, Blissbody and Project Dark are joined on stage by Domino Records’ purveyors of “sci-fi soundtracks, creepy Victoriana, tropical analogue and tumbledown funk”, Pram.
Creating all-new music for the project, they promise to take you on a journey into unimagined and uncharted territory, through shimmering lounge music, symphonic follies and sonic illusions.
