Celebrating the vital force of English music, Junctions combined the best of traditional English folk and contemporary classical composition. Together, Spiers & Boden and the Tacet Ensemble explored common threads in their music with specially composed pieces by Jon Boden, Ed Hughes, Alison Kay and John Spiers.
In addition, each group will performed on their own, playing pieces that highlight the similarities and celebrate the differences in their musical backgrounds.
