We don’t just want you to know about OCM events. There’s a wealth of other music activity in Oxford. This section should give you an idea of what’s going on. You can download the Guide to Music in Oxford which tells you all about hearing, making and buying music in the city.
2006 was a special year for music in Oxford. In July Five TV broadcast its remarkable series The Singing Estate which followed the journey of 40 singers from Blackbird Leys to the Royal Albert Hall. The programme was the launch of Fivearts Cities which ran a whole host of activities around the city.
OCM is the Music Development Partner for Oxford City Council, which means that we work with the council to try and help the sector to grow and flourish. Click here for more information on our work in this area.
