If you have pre-booked tickets, please show your confirmation email or the card used on arrival at the event.

Ticket Exchanges and Refunds

You can request a refund at any time until the event stops being on sale on Eventbrite or Wegottickets, which is when the doors of each event open. For any refund requests after the doors open please call the box office at 07754460806 to let us know that you are not coming so that we can resell your ticket. Please note, we are unable to issue a refund if the request is received after the event has started.

Access

If you have any access needs, please get in touch with us in advance of the event and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Please contact Sofia at sofia@ocmevents.org/ 07754460806. If you require the assistance of a carer to attend this performance, please contact Sofia to reserve a free carer ticket. For accessibility at events held at O2 Academy Oxford, it is best to contact them directly on access@o2academyoxford.co.uk or 01865 603 880.

Latecomers Policy

If you arrive after the performance has started we will admit you either in between songs, if it’s possible, or at the interval, depending on the artist’s policy. Please call or text us on the box office number 077544 60806 if possible, to let us know in good time that you will be late.

Children

Children and babies are welcome at our events, however please be aware that most of OCM’s performances are tailored for adults and therefore have running times that may not be appropriate for young children. All children and babies require a ticket for events unless it is a free event. Accompanying adults may be asked to remove any children who are disturbing the performance.

Cancelled Events

If OCM cancels an event or alters the event in a material way from what is advertised, we will refund your ticket(s) or offer an exchange for another OCM event. OCM will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses as a result of the cancelled event.

OCM will not be liable in any way if an event or performance is abandoned due to any factors which are beyond our reasonable control, such as: acts of God (including earthquakes, storms, flooding); power failure or fire; force majeure (including war, terrorist acts, and civil commotion).

Admission

OCM may refuse admission to a ticket holder, or ask a ticket holder to leave if in the reasonable opinion of OCM (or the venue), admission might be a risk to the safety of the ticket holder or the audience, or if admission might affect the enjoyment of the audience or the running of the event.

Data Collection

When you purchase tickets through OCM’s ticketing platforms, your contact and ticket details will be held by OCM to administer the ticket booking process. When you book online you agree for the booking platform to handle your data. The information is held for administrative and statistical purposes only. We will not contact you further unless you agree to us doing so, or to inform you of any change to the event. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how OCM handles data.
