Musical Flares is a music project for adults
with severe learning and physical disabilities
sponsored by the Ark T Centre and Oxfordshire
County Council Adult Learning Programme.
This term the project will be funded by
Fivearts Cities, enabling a very popular
course, and the only project of its kind
to offer all the facilities for creating
and recording music and making a CD, to
be extended for the benefit of those not
normally afforded this opportunity.
